Return and refund policy

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution process, we kindly request all customers to record a clear unboxing video at the time of receiving their order.

- The video must start from the sealed package and continue without any cuts until the product is fully unboxed.
- In case of any damage, defect, or missing items, the issue must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.

This video will serve as valid proof for us to process your refund or replacement request.

Order Cancellation Policy:

- Customers may request order cancellation within 2 days of placing the order in case of any issue or change of mind.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

Please note:

- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if a proper unboxing video is provided.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
